Great book! This is a detailed look at the San Francisco Earthquake of 1906 by a journalist who is clearly familiar with the material.
Excellent old photos of the San Francisco disaster.
I love history and this book gives great detail of that horrific earth quake. My husband is now reading it on my new Fire
.I think I will get the actual book for our adult grandson. Great pictures too.
This is a very good record of the 1906 San Francisco Earthquake in word and pictures. I read it several times in my teens. I was glad to find it on . I especially enjoyed it after visiting San Francisco, connecting what is there now to what was there then.

Very interesting and informative book. Unlike most books about the earthquake of 1906 in San Francisco, this one addresses the history of The City more and the people of San Francisco. Good information about how people coped with the event.
